Fly Anakin Glides & Astounds On Video For “No Dough”

 In News

When you’re as talented as Fly Anakin, it doesn’t take long to impress and captivate a listening audience, something the Mutant Academy rapper flaunts on his latest single, “No Dough.”

Produced by Madlib, the track clocks in under two minutes, but still offers a thrilling lyrical flow full of Fly Anakin’s intense trademark bars. The video, shot by Skyler Vander Molen, follows the brisk pace of the song as it tracks Fly Anakin’s brief and tumultuous stroll through a small bar, with creative shots that highlight the knotty talent of Fly Anakin’s music.

The new single comes from Fly Anakin’s forthcoming record Frank, due out March 11th via Lex Records. Frank is being billed as the prolific rapper’s debut album, which could be confusing to people who’ve followed his overflowing discography over the years, but don’t get caught up on formalities — just make sure to check out the record as soon as you can.

“No Dough” is the third single released from Frank after “Sean Price” this past October and “Ghost” this past November, both of which also received their own music videos.

You can pre-order Frank now on Apple Music at this link. In the meantime, enjoy the video for “No Dough” below.
