WhoaKeelo Lets Loose In New Video For “Late Night”
Whether you’re prowling or embracing, twilight offers plenty of chances to unleash your wild side, something Richmond MC WhoaKeelo fully leans into on his new song and video, “Late Night.”
Shot by HundoMadeIt (the brains behind Booth The Streets), the video captures WhoaKeelo immersed in the rhythmic pulse of the track, driven by a thumping beat and a stalking hook that gives the song its throbbing intensity. Quick-cut scenes flash in and out, enhanced by lighting shifts and animated flourishes that make the backdrop as lively and animated as the rapper himself. As the visuals fade to black, the screen flickers with the message “FREE iiBANDO,” accompanied by a raw, recorded freestyle that adds even more lyrical fire to the video’s runtime.
“Late Night” marks the streaming debut of WhoaKeelo, quickly followed by “Amiri Freestyle” and “Micro Drac,” released in January and March, respectively. Over on YouTube, he’s also dropped fresh tracks like “Blender,” “Seen The Real,” and “Die For This,” each paired with striking visuals by HundoMadeIt. It all adds up to a busy start to the year for the Richmond-area rapper, with plenty more likely on the horizon as 2025 unfolds.
