GWAR Joins Forces With Lzzy Hale For Mayhem On “The Cutter”

Richmond icons and trans-dimensional savages GWAR are in the middle of their Black Death Rager World Tour, but that hasn’t stopped them from dropping a new music video alongside Lzzy Hale for one of the stand-out tracks off of The New Dark Ages, the piercing and rampaging track “The Cutter.”

Directed by MyGoodEye, the video finds Lzzy Hale and GWAR terrorizing and massacring a group of men who were earlier enjoying themselves around a nice campfire with some scary, misogynist stories. It’s everything you’d expect from a GWAR video with an extra added sense of chaos as Lzzy Hale joins in, all of which matches the raging energy of the song itself.

In a press release, current GWAR frontman and leader had this to say about Hale’s involvement:

“Lzzy Hale is wonderfully talented. Few realize she is also an undercover Scumdog who came to Earth with the rest of GWAR eons ago under her true name Clitaurus Maximus of the Maximus clan. We are delighted to have her voice and image on this work of absolute genius.”

Meanwhile, Hale had her own statement about being involved with GWAR:

“I, Clitaurus Maximus the She Bull… hereby declare, “THE CUTTER” as my FIRST feature in a MOTHERFUCKING GWAR SONG! Thank you so much to these interplanetary warriors for the much-appreciated bloodletting, and for giving this lil’ beast the opportunity to rear her three ugly heads!”
