Seriyouse Bounces Through A Collage On “Maybe We Should Do A Ritual”

It’s been a busy year for Seriyouse. Each week, it seems the catalog for the rowdy MC from the Mystic Trap Collective grows and grows with more rabid tracks that dashes around the conventions of trap music. One of the recent additions to this catalog is “Maybe We Should Do A Ritual” and it’s one the rapper decided to pair with a new hyper visual.

Produced by Saya, the song features a bouyant chiptune sample that helps relay a chipper vibe as the tenacious rapper unloads over each bar. The video matches this energy with moving shots of the rapper darting around stock animation that enhances the of-kilter ambience. Rough and rugged, it points to the shifty and cagey appeal Seriyouse and many of the MTC members show off on each new track.
